Naming Names was formed in 2003 by Holly Cato, a twenty year veteran of branding and communications. Holly specialises in name strategy and development, and has worked with a range of local and global companies in a broad spectrum of industries, including financial services, pharma, foods, beauty, tobacco, fashion, and technology.
Naming Names will develop names in guided brainstorm sessions with clients and/or their communication agencies, or will develop names independently, often working with “creatives” to develop a pool of raw name material.
Naming Names believes the process of naming is often as important as the name itself, and building engagement in the naming process with the client can help build a company's commitment to its new brand or company name — and contribute to its success.
